Model: Snsek-SP-RFT680
The mouse wheel fatigue treadmill is a new generation of small animal fatigue experimental instrument independently developed based on the physiological characteristics of mice that are good at climbing but not good at running. The instrument can be used for the research of sports medicine, anti-fatigue drugs, muscle relaxants, nervous system drugs, and the study of changes in physiological indicators of animals under different exercise intensities and the effect of drug toxicity on the exercise performance of experimental animals. This instrument is a substitute for the rotating rod fatigue instrument. It overcomes all the shortcomings of the rotating rod fatigue instrument and also makes up for the natural defects of the flat animal treadmill. More importantly, it replaces the commonly used "swimming method", saving manpower, material resources and animal resources, reducing experimental costs and shortening experimental time.
This is a novel and practical instrument with reasonable design, simple operation, compact structure and objective indicators. It can be used to experiment on multiple animals at the same time. The instrument can adjust the wheel speed and running difficulty, set the exhaustion index, and automatically record the running time, running distance and number of electric shocks. The machine automatically saves data and can export it to a USB flash drive for convenient data statistics. The instrument has settings for electric shock current intensity and tolerance time, and has an automatic stop and power-off function. The detachable structure of the instrument facilitates hygienic cleaning and maintenance of the instrument.
